Fireworks-Free Davao

When you say New Year, It has to be welcomed with lots of fireworks. The more the lights and noise is produced the luckier you get in the upcoming year. Majority of the cities in the world fireworks display is a tradition. It has been part of history to show and express our gratitude in welcoming the upcoming year.

Davao is really a place like no other. The city implements a total fireworks banned for the whole year and most specially in this season of gift giving and new year. No fireworks is allowed in the city whatever the celebration is.

People might think the Davaoñeous New Year Celebration is boring, but say no to that. Being a firework free city means people with no fear from being hit by any fire caused by the fireworks. That is one big factor why most people in the city celebrate new year prosperously. Davaoñeous are resourceful they know how to find ways of enjoying the eve by producing the noisy new year even without the harmful fireworks.

Malipayong Bag-ong Tuig! Happy New Year!

Car Drifting In Davao

Hot cars are really hot in ladies' eyes. It was my first time seeing a car drifting and I can really tell how fast and furious the show is. People were shouting and amazed on such cool show. No matter how painfully, literally the smoke was an eye soar but nothing can compare seeing the wheels on its furious look. Very strong!

Car drifting in Davao has bee growing. Hopefully this will have greater popularity and acceptance to Davaoñeous taste.

Romantic Sunset

One romantic night is with you as you sit and relax facing the ocean lighted with the sun setting down to its horizon. You start finding yourself by just seeing the sunset, you will understand that life has its own sunset but before that happens you to have to keep on rising and shining like a star.

One beautiful morning can be started with one great view of the sea waves. If you wanted to forget something in your past be like a footprint in the sand washed away by the water of the sea. If you need a new start, walk by faith that no matter how many times you were discouraged, it's never a reason to be disappointed.

See life like a sun rising, nothing can stopped you not even the rain in the clouds. You maybe covered but life keeps going. You are not seen but you are there working out for your sunrise someday. The sky is not your limit, it is you edge to show the world that you are visible even in the darkest corner.

sunrise in vacation

Finding the perfect spot to see how the sun rise and set is about finding a place of peace. Surely you will find yourself in a home of no worries and fear as you see the magnificent view of the sun kissing the pacific ocean. It is a one of a kind experience to witness how beautiful the sky is in meeting the horizon.

If you wanted to experience a day of peace and serenity any Philippine beaches like this in Davao Region this is best for you. You need no bed to sleep, no yoga pad to relax because the sand is ready for you to lay down. Feel the sound of the waves, the texture of the sand- Feel life!

Simple life of the Islanders

Having Philippines as the largest archipelago, people are enjoying the bounty of not only mountains but the islands and islets that are different from any other places. We are happy people, wherever you go in the country you will surely experience life at its contentment. The simple living of most people do not create them people of bitterness. We always smile, just like the wave tossed in the ocean we are greatly sounding with joy even facing life's challenges.

We find ways and never try to say "it's the end." Whenever you explore the undiscovered places of the Philippines you will surely be amazed of how simple life can be abundant and satisfied.

For most Filipinos living a happy life does not need a lot of money. You just need to have a smile and happiness is yours. This people are not wealthy with world's wealth but they are satisfied with world's gift for them.

Better NSO Processing

Processing some documents in a government office is really such a long day of waits and lines. I was amazed how NSO was changed, when I processed four birth certificates and a marriage contract I experienced an extraordinary flow. Everything was great. I saw how the people follow the cues.

The best thing about it is that, aside from the undelayed processing I also saw a man who hand a cash to a lady in the office who refuse to accept the cash. For me it's really a big thing in proving how this country is becoming a better place.

My document was release after an hour of waiting. Approve! I am so proud of this people.

The long wait is over. Similar to the usual long lines that no longer exist in NSO, we can stop the wait of improving our country and start doing the right thing NOW.

Davao International Airport

A new terminal replaces the previous airport terminals, which lie just across it, in handling both domestic and international flights operating to and from Davao. The modern facility is designed to handle approximately 2 million passengers annually and 84,600 tons of cargo annually. The added capacity is also complemented by the latest navigational, security, and baggage handling equipment.

The modernization and upgrading of the airport facilities aims to cement Davao as a hub for tourism and foreign investment in the region. Development was funded by a forty million-dollar loan from the Asian Development Bank, co-financed by the European Investment Bank for twenty-five million ECUs, and through budgetary allocations from the government. The total cost of the project amounted to $128 million.
